We would ask you to please monitor your usage carefully when you begin your sprinkler system.

Even the smallest leak can waste a tremendous amount of water.  

Watering should only occur between 7pm and 9am

No watering should ever take place outside of these designated hours.  Also, if you adjust your

mowing height to at least 2.5 to 4 inches this will encourage deeper roots and shade the soil.

Or,consider xeriscape as an alternative to water thirsty grass.
